What “forward-deployed” means here
Traditional consulting ends with a slide deck and an invoice. Forward-deployed engineering ends with software running in your operation.
Our engineers embed with your team, on-site or inside your tools, in your timezone, and there is no handoff to some other implementation team afterwards: the people who scope the work build the work and stay until it runs. They treat your real constraints, connectivity, legacy systems, data quality and budget, as design inputs rather than excuses. We measure success one way: the system is in production and your staff are using it without us.
This is the model Palantir invented and OpenAI and Anthropic adopted for their biggest customers. Almost nobody offers it in East Africa. We do, at African-market economics.

Leadership briefings run from USD 800 to USD 2,000. Team workshops run from USD 1,200 per day. Forward-deployed engineering starts at USD 4,500 per engineer-month with a three-month minimum, and a readiness assessment starts at USD 4,500. Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute scoping call.
